QBO LAWSUIT
DIRK PRANKE LAWSUIT
What's “Sanchez Garden Education Plan”?
Who were Bay Solar selling their business to?
Who are Karla Maree and Gary Miller and why do they care?
Who is Sunpower Corp and why do they care?
What's Pacifia's involvement?
I'm so confused!
Carol,
#1 - Sanchez Garden Education Plan was a proposal to build an environmental education center at the current Sharp Park WWTP site, with local citizens providing "free" education to the public on a variety of topics. John Bannen (CEO of Bay Solar) was listed as a speaker on Energy Solutions along with Pete Shoemaker (co-chair of Pacificans for Sustainable Development)
#2 - Karla Maree and Gary Miller are just one of many "customers" who were ripped off by Bay Solar. I posted their lawsuit to show that as early as December of 2006, even as John Bannen was attmepting to sell Bay Solar, complaints were already being filed against them. According to Sasha Vasilyuk's article in the Examiner today, at least 9 complaints have been filed against Bay Solar in court, with the DA, or to the Better Business Bureau.
#3 - Sunpower corp was probably a supplier or vendor who was also taken by Bay Solar. To have a Writ of Execution for such a large amount means they proved to the Solano County Court that Bay Solar owed them money and refused to pay.
#4 - what is Pacifica's involvement?? local citizens were taken under the pretense of "green" technology, by a company that was heavily promoted by local interests. I'm still trying to verify if they were involved with the Solar Panel fiasco at the Calera Creek WWTF (**NOTE - one of the allegations of the Mike Angel lawsuit was that he was harrassed by city staff for refusing to sign off the solar panels, since he was not allowed to inspect them)
I hate to make insinuations not based on evidentiary fact, but the dots seem to connect to a lot of "players" in Pacifica. draw your own conclusions . . .
Holy Crap.
There's no doubt that this "green" obsession is a perfect cover for major scams. So emotional; completely irrational.
People trying to "do good" can so easily be swept away by the feel-good vibe it's surrounded with.
Bandwagon jumping is always a bad idea.
I did clarify point #4 that Bay Solar was NOT the company who installed the solar panels at Calera Creek WWTF . . . ironically enough, it was the company that is now SUNPOWER.
Charlatans come in all shapes and sizes, and quite frankly I am amazed that one of the most reputable and richest developers in the United States was practically run out of town by the same people who spoon fed Bay Solar to the citizens.
Steve! Dude! Nice to see you!
Here I'm just "Carol".
